Subscription Policy (Subscribe & Save)

How it works

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you'll receive your Ayourpets® chews automatically on the schedule you pick, and you'll save 10% on every subscription order. Your card is charged automatically for each order, at the subscription price shown at checkout plus any applicable shipping and tax.

Delivery schedule

You can choose a delivery every 4 or 6 weeks. We'll email you a reminder before each renewal so nothing surprises you.

Manage, skip or cancel anytime

There's no minimum commitment. You can change your products or frequency, skip a delivery, pause, or cancel anytime from your account, or by emailing hello@ayourpets.com. Make any change at least 3 days before your next renewal date so it applies to that order.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we'll email you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Payment issues

If a payment fails, we'll let you know and try again. If we still can't process it, your subscription may be paused until you update your payment details.

Returns and refunds

Subscription orders are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy, including our 30-day promise.
